History of Woodridge at a glance

The Woodridge community was developed in 1985 by the Douglas Allred Company. All models & streets were named after golf courses. Once marketed as a great retirement place with the freedom to allow golf carts to drive on city streets due to it's proximity to the neighboring Escondido Country Club. It will be exciting to see nearby amenities return to the area with the new Canopy Grove development on what used to be the old golf course site.
